Admission to B.Ed. Course (Full Time), 2 Years
DURATION
The B.Ed. programme shall be of a duration of two academic years, which can be completed in a maximum of three years from the date of admission to the programme.
ELIGIBILITY
Candidates with at least fifty percent marks either in the Bachelor’s Degree and /or in the Master’s Degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/ Humanity, Bachelor’s in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent there of, are eligible for admission to the programme.
HOW TO APPLY
Student who wants admission in B.Ed. Course should appear in B.Ed. "Combined Entrance Test" (CET) (Regular Mode), Qualify the Entrance Test, then apply for Counselling to college of choice throught CET Portal. For more information, please contact us. Please note that NO DIRECT ADMISSION is taken by the college.

- Attested photo-copy of all mark sheets.of Xth, XIIth & Graduation.
- Origional copy of S.L.C./ C.L.C./ D.L.C.
- Attested photo-copy of Migration certificate (Origional Copy if not from B N Mandal University) & Character certificate of Graduation.
- Attested photo-copy of other activities, accomplishment, if any.
- The candidate shall sign in all attested certificates.
REQUIREMENTS at the Time of Admission
- Candidate has to bring all original mark sheets, documents & certificates for verification/ submission at the time of admission.
- Five copies of recent passport-size colour photograph of the candidate on white background with Name and Date of Birth.

FEE STRUCTURE
At the time of admission to the B.Ed. Course Rs. 1,50,000 for two years (As decided by the Bihar Govt. and directions of Honourable High Court Patna), selected candidates are required to pay course fee.
The above charges are to be paid in the form of Demand Draft of any Nationalized Bank to be drawn in favour of “M P College of Education” Payable at Madhepura.
STRICTLY NO CASH: NO FORM OF ANY CASH TRANSACTION is ALLOWED in M P College OF Education. College will not be liable for any cash transaction done by anyone.
NOTES
- Admission into B.Ed. of any candidate is provisional and may be cancelled if any discrepancy is detected in the form/ document submitted or the candidate fails to comply with the rules, regulations and other conditions laid down by the college in the Bye-laws as well as prospectus/website of the college.
- Admission even after confirmation may be cancelled in case the candidate fails show satisfactory progress in studies as well as on the ground of misconduct in and out of the college.
- In case a candidate fails to submit his/her required documents at the time of admission along with required fees, he will forfeit his/her claim for admission to the concerned course.
- Rules of eligibility are followed strictly. The college however reserves the right to refuse admission to any candidate without assigning any reason.
- All students admitted to the college shall have to sign a form containing the code of conduct which will be furnished to them by the office. Its violation in any manner beyond the code will justify their expulsion from the college.
- In case of any dispute with the College/Management the District court at Darbhanga only shall have jurisdiction.
